SERVICE TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Introduction
Welcome to Magnolia Smart Blinds. By accessing our website, scheduling a consultation, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Service Terms of Agreement. These terms are designed to protect both you as our valued customer and us as your service provider. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any purchase or installation.

Scope of Services
Magnolia Smart Blinds provides window treatments, including but not limited to:

Blind shades for windows

Window shade automated systems

Custom blinds in Sacramento and surrounding areas

Motorized blinds and advanced smart home integrations

Services include product consultation, custom design, delivery, professional installation, and optional aftercare support.

Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state.

Provide accurate and current personal and payment information.

Agree to comply with all service policies outlined in this agreement.

Quotes and Payment

All design consultations and measurement visits are provided free of charge.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Payment must be completed prior to installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, checks, or approved financing options.

Installation and Scheduling

IInstallations are scheduled based on availability and customer preference.

Customers are responsible for providing clear access to installation areas.

Magnolia Smart Blinds is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, supply shortages, or restricted access.

Warranty and Repairs

Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship.

Installation is guaranteed for 12 months from the completion date.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents.

Repairs outside the warranty period are available at standard service rates.

Customer Responsibilities

Review product details, colors, and measurements before approval.

Provide safe, unobstructed access for installers.

Notify Magnolia Smart Blinds of any building codes, HOA regulations, or other restrictions that may impact installation.

Limitation of Liability

Magnolia Smart Blinds is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use.

Liability is limited to the cost of the product or service purchased.

Cancellations and Returns

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Standard products may be eligible for return within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee.

Installation fees are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy
Customer data is used exclusively for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the appropriate county in Georgia.
